Responsibilities

The Receiving Team Lead is responsibile for: helping plan, guide, and direct team members in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands, meet productivity expectations and work deadlines, handle administrative duties, trouble shooting, problem solving, training with all team members.and warehouse cleanup.

  • Take directives and initiative to delegate and oversee the receiving process for the replenishment of the
    warehouse.
  •  Assist with daily stocking, receiving and replenishment job duties to help navigate daily assignments to
    end of day completion.
  • Monitor the daily receiving process with the DST/PA reps system, excel overstock reports, put away
    routers, company emails, consistent communication with needed parties, department productivity reports
    frequently to ensure department needs are met.
  •  Keep warehouse work areas clean, comply with 5S procedures/expectations, enforce warehouse safety
    rules/procedures.
  • Complete other requested or assigned job duties given by department head supervisor or managers.

Requirements:

  • Able to work weekends.
  • Read, write, and understand the English language (Spanish is a plus+)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
