We are seeking a dispatcher to join our high energy, fun, and fast paced work environment. The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the drivers routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

✔️Work well with customers

✔️Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/ distribute runs to drivers

✔️Ensure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on bills

✔️Work with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly

✔️Work with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route

✔️Work with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders

✔️Properly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job

✔️Perform other duties as assigned.

✔️Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal

✔️Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements

✔️Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

✔️Great communication skills

✔️Time management skills

✔️Able to work well under pressure

✔️Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors

✔️Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.

✔️1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.

✔️Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
