Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of FP&A Business Partner- Corporate Function (Sr. Analyst) 

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact between Finance and Corporate Functions, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Legal
  • Partner with functional leaders across the company to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for operating expenses and capital expenditures
  • Prepare monthly Actual vs. Budget reporting packages with insightful variance commentary, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Track headcount changes and 3rd party vendor spend to support month-end business reviews
  • Develop and track specific critical metrics for each function
  • Build ad hoc financial analysis as needed to evaluate initiative proposals

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of FP&A experience
  • Expertise in building operating expense budgets for employee payroll, payroll taxes and benefits, and 3rd party vendor expenses (professional fees, software contracts, advertising and marketing, etc.)
  • Excellent Excel skills, ability to create basic PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience with a budgeting and reporting tool preferred but not required (Essbase, Planful, Anaplan, etc.)
  • High work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
