Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst will support financial decision-making processes within the organization. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in forecasting and budgeting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a solid foundation in finance. Candidate should be available to work from the Lake Success office most days, with the potential to shift to a hybrid schedule over time.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights
  and recommendations to management
• Collect and organize financial data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and
  completeness
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide explanations for discrepancies, helping
  management understand financial performance
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions,
  and strategic planning
• Assist with special financial projects and ad hoc analysis as required by management

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow
  statement) and financial ratios
• Excellent Excel skills, ability to create basic PowerPoint presentations
• Experience working with CRM systems, and other financial planning software preferred
  but not required
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
